A man was fatally shot yesterday afternoon in the Essex neighborhood, as confirmed by Baltimore County Police. The incident unfolded around 3 p.m. on the 800 block of Bayner Road, FOX Baltimore reported. Responding officers found the man, who has not been identified, suffering from gunshot wounds.
