The Metropolitan Police are now appealing to the public for help in identifying the culprits of the carjacking; they've announced a reward of up to $10,000 for information that could lead to an arrest and indictment, in a crime that underscores a distressing trend of brazen acts of theft in the capital city, the worry about safety and security in the minds of many as they go about their routines has been stoked again.
