Three teenagers are in custody following a fatal shooting at Milwaukee's Carver Park that left 18-year-old Jaylan Powell dead. Powell was found with four gunshot wounds on the park's basketball court early last week, according to a report by FOX6.
The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that three minors were arrested on Tuesday in connection with a recent incident. Two of the suspects are 15 years old, and one is 17.
