A tragic incident unfolded last Friday night in Moreno Valley, where an assault with a deadly weapon claimed the life of 45-year-old Ralph Ortega; according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Office, deputies discovered Ortega with gunshot wounds, he would later die from his injuries at a local hospital.
