A fatal motorcycle crash in Clearwater has claimed the life of a man after he lost control of his vehicle and struck a pole. The Clearwater Police Department reported that the incident occurred in the early hours around 2 a.m. in the 1200 block of Union Street, as per WFLA.
The scene was described as grim where the man, whose name has yet to be disclosed, was pronounced dead shortly after the impact which raised immediate concerns that speed may have been a key contributor to the tragic outcome, a detail that both WTSP and TampaFP echoed in their reports on the accident.
