The city expects a high near 77 degrees with a northwest breeze pushing at 7 to 16 mph. Underscoring the fair conditions, tonight's forecast predicts a mostly clear sky, with a comfortable low of around 49 degrees.
Falling temperatures will mark the end of today's mild conditions, as a cold front sweeps over the region, causing a gradual temperature decrease throughout the weekend. Despite the cool down, the weather remains dry leading into the weekend, with "the next chance of rain coming late in the weekend," per a post from NWS New York NY. Friday and Saturday will uphold the sunny disposition, though New Yorkers will feel the crisp air with highs dipping to 68 and 56 respectively.

Nevertheless, Veteran's Day observers can expect a partly sunny day, with a lingering 30 percent chance of morning showers. The early part of next week continues the trend of pleasant weather with mostly clear skies through Wednesday and daily highs settling in the low 60s to high 50s.
