Tragedy struck a south Las Vegas community early Saturday morning when a fire engulfed a condominium, resulting in one death, one hospitalized individual, and the displacement of 14 residents. The Clark County Fire Department received reports of the blaze at a single-story, multi-family home within the Paradise Spas Condominiums on Las Vegas Boulevard near Richmar Avenue at approximately 12:47 a.m., as reported by FOX5 Vegas.
Upon arrival, firefighters faced the formidable task of containing the flames, which had taken hold of the building, and searching for residents potentially trapped.
