Not to be left dockside are sailors of motorless crafts, with the Marine Board making sure paddlecraft owners with vessels 10 feet and up can snag their waterway access permits online too. Paddlers, it's time to make room in your holiday sock hangings, because at the Boat Oregon Store, a 7-day permit goes for $5, an annual for $17, and a two-year for $30 – with immediate saving or printing, just in time for the gift-giving season.
