A tragic event occurred in Forest Hills last night when a pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle. According to CBS News Pittsburgh, the Allegheny County Police Department received a call a little before 10 p.m. Upon their arrival at the 2200 block of Ardmore Boulevard, they discovered a man who had been hit by a vehicle.
The victim was quickly transported to the hospital. Unfortunately, the tragic outcome was soon confirmed as he was pronounced dead, as reported by WTAE. The name of the deceased has yet to be released to the public quickly. The driver remained at the scene and was reported to have cooperated with law enforcement officers investigating the incident.
