Chaos erupted in a Petaluma parking lot on Halloween night as a large brawl broke out involving around 20 individuals, according to police reports. The Petaluma Police Department responded to emergency calls at about 10:42 PM, reporting the incident at 80 E. Washington Street, the location of River Plaza. During the altercation, a juvenile was seriously injured and required hospitalization but is expected to make a full recovery.
