Evangely is described as having long red hair, green eyes, and a light complexion, standing about 5'3" tall, and weighing between 130-140 pounds with a medium build. Notably, she was last seen wearing a white and pink shirt, pajama shorts, and sandals. The police bulletin emphasizes the importance of her prompt location and asks that anyone with information related to Evangely’s whereabouts reach out.
