Consisting of seven diligent members, the team handled a significant challenge with skill, overseeing the transition of their dispatch floor's renovation while keeping the vital 911 center functional. After meticulous years of planning, even though the renovations required the staff to operate out of two temporary locations, they managed to not drop a single call due to the team's coordinated efforts.
Their job far exceeds the general call of duty, with the Emergency Communications Center operating round the clock, every day of the year. As the backbone of a facility that never sleeps, the tech team's dedication shines through their constant availability. They are always on the lookout to refine procedures and to empower their colleagues with the needed tools, according to the Ramsey County announcement.
