Gahanna's business landscape just got a substantial boost as ROSEN USA cuts the ribbon on their newly expanded facility, and it's more than just a regular office space. This is an apparent move to deepen their roots and propel growth in the local economy. According to a statement obtained by the City of Gahanna, the $23 million investment at 1195 Technology Drive adds an impressive 45,455 square feet for shop and office use, set to crank the company's operational efficiency to new heights - we're talking a whopping 400% increase.
Not just leaning on flashy numbers, this expansion means real stuff for the folks in Gahanna; Erik Cornelissen, CEO of the Rosen Group, made it clear in a statement featured on the City of Gahanna's official site, saying, "I am proud to announce the expansion of our facility, marking a significant milestone in the strategic expansion of our business,” and that’s no empty talk, because it spells out more jobs and an enriched local economy, with plans to boost their workforce by more than half over the coming years, which means job seekers might want to polish up their resumes.
Currently, ROSEN USA is keeping 68 people busy at the Gahanna spot. Still, they're aiming to bring on approximately 35 more shortly, and they're not looking far, eyeing the talent pouring out of the nearby colleges and universities. As Mayor Laurie Jadwin put it during the celebration, "This expansion is a true testament to the strong partnership between Rosen USA and the City of Gahanna,” expressing confidence that Gahanna isn’t just a spot on the map but a place where global brands see their future.
The VP of Collaboration at ROSEN USA, Joel Coleman, also chimed in with some enthusiasm, despite a run-on in his excitement, "We are exceptionally excited to complete and announce the Gahanna, Ohio, facility expansion project. This expansion is a direct result of our long-term, year-over-year, dedication, and commitment to continuously improve the quality of service to our customers and is made possible only by the talent, hard work, and dedication of our entire Gahanna-based team of employees." It’s all hands on deck, with Turner Construction and Gensler Architecture brought into the mix to make this project a reality, a sign that Rosen isn’t just expanding. They're investing in the sort of partnerships that last.
