Sanford Slaying Scandal, Woman on the Lam After Live-Streaming Deadly Duel, Cops Plead for CluesSource: Sanford Police Department

Authorities in Sanford are currently on the hunt for a woman connected to a homicide that was not only captured but actively encouraged via a live stream on social media. As reported by ClickOrlando, Lakevia Davonna Pringle, 31, is wanted about the death of Lauren Ashley Martin. Pringle allegedly streamed the altercation and could be heard urging Savon Chantay Tyler to continue the conflict, leading to the fatal shooting.

Despite several attempts by the police to interview Pringle, her cooperation has yet to be given, leading law enforcement to issue a warrant for her. She is charged with one count of principal in the first-degree to first-degree premeditated homicide, as per details from the Sanford Police Department. The department has urged anyone with information on Pringle's whereabouts to contact them immediately.

Separately, the incident involving Martin occurred Tuesday night in a gated community on Travertine Terrace, according to an exclusive video reported by WFTV. The footage shows escalated tensions as a woman wielding what looks like a child's baseball bat approaches another person, resulting in a fight that sadly ends with gunshots.

Police identified the shooter as 35-year-old Tyler, who, according to the official police report later revealed by WFTV, had placed the gun atop an electric utility box before the altercation began. "The first-degree murder charge brings with is the possibility of the death penalty. It also brings the possibility, if you don’t get death, you get life in prison," Criminal Attorney Adam Pollack explained in a statement.

According to the report, Pringle, the person filming, could face serious legal trouble. Pollack added that bystanders now have a larger, more scrutinized role in today’s digital world, raising questions about the responsibility of those who not only witness but also share violent events.
