At around 9:00 a.m., emergency services were deployed following a 911 call from an alert citizen who heard cries for help emanating from the water. The incident occurred in the Fountaingrove neighborhood at Nagasawa Park, a known recreational spot for water activities. Upon their arrival, fire personnel spotted the male donning a life vest and holding onto his overturned kayak.
The rescue team acted swiftly, donning their gear and navigating the waters to reach the stranded kayaker.
