A 16-year-old was reportedly injured during a shooting incident on Wednesday evening in the Manor area, as detailed by local police authorities.

According to CBS Austin, Manor police responded to the scene in the Presidential Glen subdivision near US 290 Highway, where the teen victim was found to have sustained a gunshot wound to the leg, and police have since detained one person in connection to the incident, further information surrounding the circumstances that led up to the event is currently under investigation, the full extent of the situation remains to be unpacked.
