
Milwaukee reeled from a spate of violence on Friday, with three people killed in two separate shooting incidents that have left the city searching for answers and suspects still at large. In the first incident reported by JSONLINE, a 22-year-old person succumbed to their wounds at the 4300 block of West Burleigh Street; the tragedy is believed to have originated from a robbery gone fatally wrong around 4:20 p.m., as the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) continues an exhaustive hunt for the unknown assailants.
Later on that same grim evening, yet another shooting claimed the lives of two individuals near 7th and Galena, detailed in a report by FOX6 News, around 6 p.m. the Milwaukee Police arrived to find a 20-year-old victim deceased at the scene and the 21-year-old shooter also on the ground with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, the shooter was hurried to the hospital, but despite the attempts of medical intervention, they too joined the ranks of the deceased.
Milwaukee police are urging anyone with information about the recent shootings to come forward as they continue their investigation into the tragic events.
