The stolen vehicle was later spotted, which led to a vehicle pursuit on Miller Road near LBJ Freeway before the suspects, Barber and Moore, briefly escaped on foot but ultimately were apprehended by Garland officers. Both Barber and Moore are now facing charges of Capital Murder, and they are being held in custody at the Garland Detention Center with no bond set.
