
Two women were hospitalized following a shooting early this morning at a north Harris County Denny's, according to reports from the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office. The shooting is said to have occurred at the diner located in the 11300 block of the North Freeway, with the deputies learning of the incident when they were flagged down at a gas station some 15 miles away in the 20400 block of Kuykendahl Road near Eagle Bend Drive, as FOX 26 Houston detailed.
Constable Mark Herman shared information on social media at 6:37 a.m. about the incident, where the victims reportedly suffered gunshot wounds to the leg and shoulder, yet the severity of their injuries remained unclarified at the time, according to a report by KHOU, the victims were transported by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment, but as of yet, authorities haven't provided any information on a suspect or a possible motive for the shooting.
The incident took place at the Denny's just south of Fallbrook Drive on the North Freeway, where the two women were allegedly shot; this information comes from the Precinct 4 constable's own social media updates. The constable's office has not reported any arrests in connection to the shooting and has stated that the investigation is continuing.
