Just before midnight on the date of the incident, officers arrived to find Peoples with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was later pronounced dead at a local hospital. Last Friday, detectives from the Warrant Apprehension Taskforce arrested Spinks, aiming to bring justice to this tragic case.
Spinks is now held at the Central Booking Intake Facility, charged with first-degree murder as his case enters the judicial process.
