The Clark County coroner has released the name Patricia Vazquez, 28, as the woman who died in a traffic incident on Halloween in northwest Las Vegas. As reported by FOX5 Vegas, the accident involved a pickup truck and occurred near the junction of Decatur and Interstate 11.
According to the details provided by the Nevada State Police, the collision happened just before noon. Vazquez was crossing the street outside a marked crosswalk when she was struck by the pickup truck, and unfortunately, died at the scene, the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, and has been cooperating with the officers.
