
A 47-year-old woman was taken into custody after her vehicle barreled into a Norwood Park convenience store Monday evening, Chicago police confirmed. The incident, which saw a black sedan smashing through the front of the store, occurred in the 5300 block of North Cumberland around 8:38 p.m., with fortunately no injuries reported from the abrupt intrusion.
