
Last Friday night, a 19-year-old man was shot in Waianae near the intersection of Farrington Highway and Glenmonger Street. Honolulu Emergency Medical Services responded at around 11:14 p.m. and found the man with a leg wound. He was treated on-site and then taken to a nearby trauma hospital in serious condition, as stated by KITV.
Following the shooting incident, both eastbound lanes on Farrington Highway, between Lualualei and Pohanu, were temporarily closed while the Honolulu Police Department conducted an investigation.
