Timepieces of considerable value and presumably significant personal worth have been left ownerless, prompting the Allegheny County police to seek out the individual or individuals to whom these two authenticated Rolex watches belong. According to a report by WPXI, the luxury items were discovered outside of Door 4 upon arrival at Pittsburgh International Airport on September 28.
Despite verifying the authenticity of the watches, there has been a failure to uncover any records that could link them back to their owner. There hasn't been any instance reported of these items being stolen. The police are now looking to the public to shed light on this mystery potentially and have requested that anyone with information come forward and call 1-833-ALL-TIPS, as Audacy reported.
The discovery occurred when a passenger came upon the watches and reported them to the airport authorities. After remaining unclaimed for a duration, the watches were handed over to the Allegheny County Police, who took on the responsibility of the investigation.
