Baltimore County police have arrested in the shooting death of Tracey Hankins Jr., age 29, which occurred on August 3 on the 6800 block of Liberty Road in Lochearn. According to WBALTV, the suspect, 31-year-old Kevin Martin, was arrested last Monday and is currently held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
The investigation into Hankins Jr.'s death, found unresponsive with gunshot wounds, led to a response by the county police on the scene. It was detailed by Fox Baltimore that Kevin Martin, who, after the incident, remains in custody and is not eligible for bond.
Authorities transported Hankins Jr. to a nearby hospital following the shooting, where he later succumbed to his injuries. While the details surrounding the incident remain under investigation, police have urged anyone with information to come forward.
