According to a press release from the Baltimore Police Department, a 27-year-old woman lost her life in a high-speed vehicle accident. Witnesses reported a car, driving eastbound on Northern Parkway, lost control at approximately 2:59 a.m., striking a tree and catching fire.
Good Samaritans, caught up in the incident, quickly sprang into action, extricating the victim from the flaming wreckage before emergency services arrived. Transported to Sinai Hospital by medics who attended the scene. The woman was pronounced deceased by the attending medical staff.
