
Yesterday, at approximately 4:55 p.m., officers from the Northwest District responded to a local hospital after a walk-in victim sought treatment for an apparent gunshot wound. Upon arrival, they discovered a 33-year-old male who had been shot in the left leg. The victim, who is currently in stable condition, was receiving medical attention at the facility.
According to the Baltimore Police Department, preliminary investigations indicated that the shooting occurred in the 3700 block of Denison Street. According to authorities, the victim was approached by an unidentified person before the gunfire erupted. No further details about the suspect or the motive behind the shooting have been released at this time.
