
In a recent social media post, the Baltimore Police Department reported on its continued efforts to combat violence in the city by arresting individuals involved in gun and drug offenses. With a significant haul collected in just the last 48 hours, the department showcased its ongoing operations on its official channels.
The post highlighted that, so far this year, more than 2,500 firearms have been recovered from the streets of Baltimore City, a number that reflects both the scale of the issue and the department's response to it. "Officers continue their efforts to arrest individuals responsible for violence in our city and recovered these weapons and drugs, in the last 48 hours," Baltimore Police Department stated in their announcement.
