KTGY, a California-based architectural firm, designs the forthcoming six-story building—it's poised to enhance the residential options at the south end of the 5100 block of Falls Road, previously home to the Cross Keys tennis barn and a parking lot. The anticipated amenities of the Sanctuary at Cross Keys are noteworthy and include a co-working lounge equipped with private "zoom rooms," a full-scale health and fitness club, a pet grooming salon, and a resort-like pool complemented by covered cabanas, merging luxury with the convenience expected in modern living, and a Zen Garden with a pagoda, embracing serenity in the urban fabric,
According to Baltimore Fishbowl, Caves Valley Partners had selected Questar from among nine contenders in 2021 to redevelop the former tennis barn site. CVP's principal Arsh Mirmiran remarked on the selection, "We felt that Questar's vision for the Cross Keys project and its generational expertise developing luxury multifamily communities...set them apart from a final list of very worthy competitors." He emphasized the company's history of developing over 13,000 residences in Maryland, including the prominent 414 Light St. tower overlooking Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
Financing from Kennedy Wilson Capital, a Beverly Hills firm, has catalyzed the commencement of this ambitious enterprise, though specific terms remain undisclosed. Questar Builders Inc. serves as the general contractor for the project, which is on track for completion in early 2027.
