According to WPXI, Allegheny County dispatchers received a call around 2:35 p.m., leading to police being dispatched to the scene on the 200 block of Hahn Road. Local law enforcement and Allegheny County detectives are now rigorously investigating the incident.
Chief Sean Frank of Shaler Township Police confirmed the finding, indicating that a passerby noticed the body, who then alerted the police, as reported by WTAE. As of now, the identity of the victim and the circumstances surrounding their death remains unclear. Detectives were requested, and we are investigating. We are working with the medical examiner’s office to determine a cause and manner, as a spokesperson for the county police stated.
