According to The Denver Post, the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office issued a code red alert advising residents to shelter in place in the vicinity of the 3200 block of East Hinsdale Place due to the ongoing situation.
The details began unfolding when the suspect allegedly shot at a neighbor around 6:30 a.m. In the wake of the shooting, a combination of resources, including SWAT teams, K-9 units, and the bomb squad converged on the scene, as reported by KDVR.
