
A late-night disturbance on Caddo Street has culminated in a tragic loss, as confirmed by the Dallas Police Department. On Sunday night, at approximately 11:20 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1900 block of Caddo Street due to a reported altercation. It was there that they discovered an 88-year-old individual, Vannakham Nachampassak, fatally wounded.
The preliminary findings of the investigation suggest that Ketsanasak Nachampassak, 52, is responsible for the injuries that led to Vannakham's death. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded, only to declare the victim deceased at the scene. The Dallas Police Department has since taken Ketsanasak into custody, charging him with murder.
