Tragedy struck in Frisco last week with police investigating a grim scene that left a family and community in mourning—three individuals were found dead in a suspected double murder-suicide that has rattled the quiet neighborhood.

Last Friday, following a welfare check prompted by a concerned co-worker who noted their colleague's unusual absence and failure to answer calls, Frisco Police were dispatched to a residence in the 10200 block of Bancroft Lane.

According to the City of Frisco press release, a family member's worst fears were confirmed upon discovering two bodies placed ominously in the home's entryway. This discovery added a layer of urgency to the situation, making the welfare check a potential crime scene. Officers arriving shortly after that conducted a sweep only to find a third body in the garage, marking an even darker turn.

The deceased have been identified as 54-year-old Ronald Morris, 53-year-old Stacy White, and 15-year-old Gavin Morris; with the initial evidence collected at the scene, Frisco Police detectives are piecing together a narrative that leans toward a double murder-suicide, the investigation, however, is ongoing and the PD is urging anyone with information to step forward to provide any missing links.
