Kashmere St., was reported at approximately 10:15 a.m. According to an update from the City of Houston, firefighters arrived to confront a 1-story house fully engulfed in flames. The fire resulted in an estimated $40,000 in damage but firefighters were able to save roughly $60,000 worth of property.
