Sunbelt Pawn, a nearly 20-year-old family-owned business, is just one example of establishments relying heavily on community backing. "It's a huge impact for us," Stacy Vasquez of Sunbelt Pawn told KHOU 11 News, underlining the difference local support makes for small enterprises.
