An altercation on Wednesday morning at 4679 Weaver Road ended with the fatal shooting of a 32-year-old man. The incident, which occurred just before 6:00 a.m., is being reviewed by a grand jury, as stated by the Houston Police Department.
The victim’s name hasn’t been released yet, but police confirmed the 49-year-old woman involved in the shooting is the informant. She wasn’t hurt and says she shot the man after a struggle. When police arrived, they found the man dead from a gunshot wound. Paramedics declared him dead at the scene, as reported by the Houston Police Department.
The woman who admitted to the shooting was taken by officers for questioning.
