To proactively ensure beachgoer safety, efforts have been intensified to monitor aquatic activities. These include "thorough shoreline and water checks," as stated in the ABC7 report. Keeping an eye from above, HB-1 Police helicopter crews have also been dispatched to conduct flyovers in the beach vicinity, seeking to spot any potential shark activity near the shoreline.
