Holsteins Shakes & Buns, a popular Las Vegas burger spot, is relocating from The Cosmopolitan to the Arts District. The new location on Main Street will open early next spring in a 2,800-square-foot space featuring original brickwork, concrete floors, a bar, and TVs for sports fans, as reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal and News 3 Las Vegas.

Billy Richardson, founder of Gen3 Hospitality, shared his excitement about bringing Holsteins to downtown Las Vegas. "Downtown Las Vegas holds a special place in my heart, and we’re excited to bring Holsteins to the neighborhood," he said. He also explained the personal significance of the move: "It’s where my father and grandfather started their businesses, and it’s just the place for Holsteins to start its next chapter." The new location is between local spots like the Velveteen Rabbit and Main St. Provisions, as stated by News 3 Las Vegas.

Holsteins Shakes & Buns is updating its menu to include both classic and new offerings. They will continue serving gourmet burgers, like a dry-aged option with smoked bacon and goat's milk cheddar, as well as a plant-based choice with avocado and pickles. In addition, the restaurant is introducing a refreshed selection of boozy shakes, cocktails, and craft beers. With a focus on lunch, dinner, and happy hour, Holsteins aims to be a lively spot in the Arts District, offering a fun atmosphere with sports on TV and indulgent food options, as laid out in the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
