Authorities in Glen Burnie are investigating a possible explosion following reports of a loud "boom" yesterday afternoon. The Anne Arundel County Fire Department, along with multiple agencies, including the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and Annapolis City bomb investigators, responded to the 700 block of East Ordnance Road after a 911 call at 2:25 p.m., reported by WBALTV.
According to officials, no evidence of injuries or property damage was found by fire department personnel, and the Anne Arundel County Fire Marshal's Office is taking over the investigation.
