The city's new Human Resources Director holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Davenport University, among other credentials. Baldwin recently broadened her expertise by earning a Creative Business, Strategy, and Leadership Professional Certificate from Michigan State University. In her commitment to public service, she also holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Public Employer Labor Relations Association.
