The Maple Grove Arboretum hosts the city's Angel of Hope, an emblem of remembrance for those who have lost loved ones. This year, the annual December 6 candlelight memorial service is set to unify the community in shared grief and support on the evening of Friday, as reported by the City of Maple Grove.
The City of Maple Grove, MN - Local Government recently announced through a Facebook post that the candlelight memorial will begin promptly at 7 p.m. As part of the ceremony, candles are provided to attendees, as a symbol of remembrance. In addition, individuals are encouraged to bring a white flower to place at the statue as a physical manifestation, of their respect and memories.
Located at 9400 Fernbrook Lane, the Angel of Hope statue serves as a cornerstone for the memorial event.
