
Murfreesboro Police Department detectives are hunting for three suspects linked to a high-stakes theft at a local cell phone store. As reported by WKRN, the suspects executed the heist at SD Cell Plus on Memorial Boulevard by forcefully entering the premises with a stolen vehicle on November 17.
Surveillance footage reveals the brave act of breaking through the storefront with a white Kia Optima, confirmed to be stolen from Nashville. Post-crash, the subjects were shown pillaging approximately $40,000 in cell phones from various showcases. "Detectives were able to confirm the white Kia Optima was stolen from Nashville and should have significant rear end damage," released the Murfreesboro TN Police Department in a social media statement. The investigation is ongoing to determine if an additional vehicle captured in the surveillance video had also been stolen.
