An Oklahoma woman has taken legal action against Sean "Diddy" Combs, alleging the music mogul drugged and sexually assaulted her at a New York City party in 2006. Latroya Grayson is seeking $15 million in damages, as reported by The Journal Record. The claims arise from a distressing experience that supposedly occurred after Grayson attended one of Combs' parties, having won a radio contest.

Grayson recounted that at the event, there were no bars but pre-made drinks distributed by waitresses, mentioned in the lawsuit filed. After consuming two drinks during the party, Grayson says she felt sick and subsequently lost consciousness. She later found herself in a hospital with her shirt ripped, her underwear and shoes missing, and her money stolen, a scenario outlined in the documents, KOCO 5 reported.

In a KFOR.com interview, Grayson expressed her fear and hesitation in coming forward, stating, "It is difficult, scary at the same time, but I do know that I do want my story to be told,". Her determination is further underscored by her attorney, Ariel Mitchell, who described Grayson as "very brave" amidst her doubts. The lawsuit also mentions an anonymous call received by Grayson, allegedly threatening her to avoid pursuing the case due to Combs' celebrity status, asserting it would "just be wasting her time."

Recent developments have seen Combs embroiled in other serious allegations, including sexual assault, sexual battery, and sex trafficking, details which have been disclosed in a series of lawsuits. With Combs now in jail on federal charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking, Grayson feels it's time to bring her experience to light. "Anyone else that was impacted by it, I think they should also tell their story," Grayson told KFOR.com. As for Combs, he has denied any wrongdoing related to the string of allegations against him.
