The Carroll County Sheriff's Office reported the fatality occurred in a pickup truck where both men were discovered at around 7:45 a.m., reported by WMAR-2 News. The driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The Sheriff's Office has asked the public to steer clear from the area of Wesley and Patapsco roads, which was the location of the crime.
