
A stabbing incident occurred yesterday evening at the Bel Aire Motel in Southwest Oklahoma City, leaving one person hospitalized with injuries that are considered non-life-threatening. According to KFOR, the Oklahoma City Police Department responded to a call shortly before 6 p.m. about a possible stabbing near 3300 SW 29th St. Upon arrival, officers found a man with stab wounds, and he was subsequently transported to the hospital. He is expected to recover.
Authorities received the emergency call just after 5:30 p.m. and quickly attended the scene located in the 3200 block of Southwest 29th Street, near Independence Avenue, a person suffering from at least one stab wound was discovered, as detailed by KOCO. There has been no immediate release of the victim's identity nor the circumstances that led to the stabbing, and the police investigation into the incident is ongoing, with details still emerging as officers piece together what transpired on that Saturday night.
In connection with the stabbing, there has been no information released regarding potential suspects or arrests tied to the event which unfolded close to Southwest 29th Street and Interstate 44.
