According to a report from FOX 35 Orlando, the incident took place on the 500 block of Hungerford Boulevard around 9:00 p.m. Saturday. Deputies arrived at a distressing scene where 41-year-old Levin Grant Livatt Jr. had been shot.
Despite the urgency of life-saving efforts, having been rushed to a local hospital after the shooting, he later succumbed to his injuries. As the investigation into the tragic event unfolds, details remain scant, with the perpetrator still at large following the shooting, as confirmed by the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
This loss of life was not a solitary event occurring in isolation but rather another link in a disturbing chain of firearm violence affecting communities across the nation. On a local television report, WFTV reiterated the identity of the victim as Levin Grant Livatt Jr., a man in his 40s whose life was abruptly and tragically taken.
