A horse was hit by a white sedan in Pearland last Saturday around 7:38 p.m. in the 1800 block of O'Day Road. The horse had to be euthanized due to its injuries, and the rider was hurt but is recovering in the hospital, according to Click2Houston.

Surveillance footage from a nearby home shows a small white sedan, believed to have hit the horse and rider.
