Upon arrival, officers discovered the adult male with serious injuries and despite receiving medical aid the man ultimately succumbed to his injuries; further reports from the scene indicated that the pedestrian made an ill-fated decision to cross the busy roadway outside of a designated crosswalk according to 8 News Now.
