According to the police department's official report, 16-year-old Sincere was reported missing two days ago, on December 28, by his mother from their home on 9xx Hoffman Street.
Sincere Williams, who might also be known as Sean Washington, is described as a male standing about 5’7” tall and weighing around 120 pounds. He has black hair, and black eyes, and can be identified by distinct tattoos on his neck and on his left forearm. The urgency for Sincere's safe return grows with each hour he remains unaccounted for, and the South Detective Division is asking anyone with information to come forward.
