The Philadelphia Police Department has requested public assistance in the search for Shanan Mosley, a 54-year-old woman reported missing from her home along the 44xx block of City Avenue. The exact date of Ms. Mosley's disappearance is currently unknown.
Shanan Mosley, described in a recent police bulletin, is a Black female with a light brown complexion, standing 5'3" tall and weighing around 145 pounds. She has brown eyes, and her hair also shares the same hue. Notable in her last appearance was the all black attire complemented by snow boots.
